BEGINS ONLINE INSTRUCTION
WEDNESDAY, JULY 29TH
The Liberty High School Governing Board approved the distance learning option under Arizona Department of Education's re-opening guidance and scenarios for successful re-entry into school for the calendar year 2020-2021. Due to rising cases of COVID-19 in Arizona, Liberty will be delivering online instruction through a new platform with access to online tutors 6 days a week. Liberty is working on providing remote internet hot spots and laptops to those families that meet eligibility requirements. Liberty is an alternative charter with other options available for distance learning.
Under Governor Ducey's Executive Order, Liberty is required to submit their plan for distance learning to the AZ State Board for Charter Schools before July 29th. It is the hope of the Liberty Governing Board to re-open classroom instruction on campus as soon as it becomes feasibly possible.
